Role:
We are seeking a Director of Marketing, Consulting to lead dynamic & high-impact workshops on marketing in Las Vegas.
You will get the rare opportunity to help thousands of business owners scale and see hundreds of unique businesses a year. For context: Business owners come from all over the world to see how we scale companies. (As much as 40% of attendees are international guests.)
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record.
You must be able to confidently speak about paid ads, sales funnels, and even “old school” marketing principles. Knowledge of direct mail, TV, or radio is a plus.
This position is ideal for those who love learning. If you’re a creative thinker who loves big ideas and hunts for the most effective marketing strategies to get a competitive edge - you will feel at home.

Responsibilities:

Presenting: Deliver engaging, in-person workshops every week and share best practices to equip our guests with proven marketing strategies to help them scale.
This includes:
- Leading interactive sessions tailored to different businesses and industries, ensuring guests get actionable takeaways on how to scale.
- Using real-world examples, case studies and sharing your expertise to demonstrate and teach proven marketing concepts.
- Keeping up to date and refining workshop content based on participant feedback and evolving industry trends.
- Supporting your fellow team to ensure all necessary tools, materials, and technology are prepared for seamless workshop execution and client results.
- Content Creation: Collaborate closely with our in-house videographers and editors to transform workshop content into branded & direct response assets that drive results.
- Thought Leadership: Be a thought leader. You will help shape marketing strategies across hundreds of businesses to help business owners get to the next level.
- Unimpeachable Character: Be someone we are proud to associate with. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve desired outcomes.
- Client and Acquisition.com: Collaborate with clients and Acquisition.com to give tailored recommendations and help shape other’s marketing efforts with actionable insights.
- Market Research: Use competitive insight tools, such as SEMrush, SpyFu, or SimilarWeb, to drive real data-driven marketing strategies.

Asset Creation: Build playbooks to document and share our specific knowledge to capture marketing best practices into actionable content.
Results:
- You optimize our consulting Marketing efforts, resulting in:
- Create as much as 150 new creative ad variations per month
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of slides and playbooks leveraging Acquisition.com and industry best practices to assist business owners in solving common problems.
- Executive Presence: Produce a high NPS/customer satisfaction score across all roundtable and spotlight efforts you lead. Maintain a 75% or Higher CSAT for Roundtables
- Creating positive WOM and a memorable customer experience
- Increase in Revenue & Profitability: Our consulting offers real-world solutions for businesses. We specialize in actionable strategies designed to accelerate growth and enhance profitability.
- Hitting Deadlines & Budgets: All deliverables should be completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years in a Marketing Director role, demonstrating leadership, strategic decision-making, and measurable business impact.
- Expertise in managing paid ads across platforms. Examples include: Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and any other platforms.
- Lead generation through cold outbound for in-house sales teams.
- Strong presentation skills to be able to communicate complex ideas in a simple fashion
- Proven results in developing and optimizing sales funnels for maximum conversions
- Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams
- Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with industry changes
Compensation:
- Base: $150-$180K + 25% bonus

- Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid On-site)
- Must relocate to Las Vegas
