The HubSpot RevOps Specialist will solve the challenge of keeping our platform running at peak performance. You’ll be responsible for setting up automations, integrating third-party applications, and creating workflows that streamline processes. By unlocking HubSpot’s full potential, you will enable improved operational efficiency, helping our teams stay aligned and focused on what matters most—delivering unforgettable experiences to our clients and continuing our massive growth trajectory.
Responsibilities:
- Align and optimize HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and customer success tools to support end-to-end revenue operations, ensuring a unified system that drives growth.
- Develop and implement scalable workflows, automations, and processes that enhance revenue cycle efficiency, including lead management, customer retention, and sales operations.
- Manage and maintain revenue-focused dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights across marketing, sales, and customer success teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Integrate third-party tools and applications with HubSpot to support RevOps initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and seamless information flow between systems.
- Regularly audit HubSpot’s platform to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that workflows, data, and processes remain optimized for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales, and customer success) to provide solutions that improve customer acquisition, retention, and expansion efforts.
- Lead the continuous optimization of HubSpot’s revenue operations tools, including setting up attribution models, customer journey tracking, and pipeline management processes.
- Maintain and improve the CRM database quality, ensuring the data is clean, accurate, and usable for effective revenue operations.
- Train and support internal teams on HubSpot best practices to ensure that all departments are using the platform effectively to drive revenue.
- Work closely with leadership to identify and implement HubSpot-driven strategies that support the company's overall revenue goals.

- Actionable revenue insights provided through accurate, revenue-focused reporting and dashboards, allowing teams to make data-driven decisions.
- Higher efficiency and reduced manual effort in managing customer and revenue data, resulting in better forecasting, segmentation, and customer engagement strategies.
- Seamless integration of third-party tools and apps, improving data interoperability and driving higher efficiency across the revenue cycle.
- Ensuring teams are proficient in using HubSpot to support revenue generation, through continuous training and support, reducing friction in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or RevOps Specialist, with deep knowledge of how HubSpot’s tools can drive revenue operations.
- Expertise in building and managing HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences that directly impact revenue performance.
- Strong proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis, with a focus on revenue growth, customer journeys, and operational metrics.
- Technical skills in integrating third-party applications with HubSpot, especially tools related to marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Solid understanding of RevOps principles, with experience managing the full revenue cycle from lead generation to customer retention and expansion.
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities, able to diagnose and optimize the HubSpot platform for better revenue outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate RevOps strategies into actionable plans.
- HubSpot certifications (preferred), with additional certifications in revenue operations or related fields a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently, driving impactful results across the revenue operations spectrum.
