The HubSpot Specialist will solve the challenge of keeping our platform running at peak performance. You’ll be responsible for setting up automations, integrating third-party applications, and creating workflows that streamline processes. By unlocking HubSpot’s full potential, you will enable improved operational efficiency, helping our teams stay aligned and focused on what matters most—delivering unforgettable experiences to our clients and continuing our massive growth trajectory.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, and sales tools to meet business needs.
- Develop, implement, and manage workflows, automations, and sequences to improve lead nurturing, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot-hosted websites, ensuring the website is fully integrated with HubSpot’s marketing and CRM tools.
- Integrate third-party tools and applications with HubSpot to ensure seamless data flow and improve system interoperability.
- Regularly audit the HubSpot system, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring all processes and data are up-to-date and accurate.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Manage the integrity and cleanliness of the CRM database, implementing best practices for data management and hygiene.
- Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams, ensuring proper usage and understanding of HubSpot’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs and provide HubSpot-driven solutions.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or similar role, with a deep understanding of HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, and sales tools.
- Experience in building and managing HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and the ability to customize HubSpot-hosted websites, landing pages, and email templates.
- Strong technical skills in integrating third-party applications with HubSpot.
- Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis within HubSpot.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- HubSpot certifications (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary:
- $70,000 - $90,000
