As the Senior Recruiter, you represent the company and set the tone for the interview process. Therefore, you must embody our values (Sincere Candor, Unimpeachable Character, Competitive Greatness) throughout your conversations.
The Senior Recruiter will implement and develop recruiting strategies to fill our open positions with the best-fit talent in the market that aligns with our culture. The recruiting team comprises a Recruiter and a Director of Recruiting. In this role, you will be reporting to the Director of Recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for filling various positions for Acquisition.com, including niche roles and key positions on behalf of our portfolio companies.
- Consult hiring managers about the intake process to qualify for a requisition.
- Develop interview processes per role (ie. application knock-out questions, interview questions, and interview stages.)
- Attract applicants by creating enticing job descriptions, utilizing our frameworks that attract top talent to apply, and placing job advertisements.
- Continuously identify new talent pools through sourcing efforts, utilizing LinkedIn and additional sourcing tools/strategies.
- Set up filters within our ATS to streamline the application review process and analyze the applications in search of the best talent - recent and relevant experience.
- Conducting video screening interviews with talent and with a high degree of accuracy identify if they are a fit or not both in skill and culture fit.
- Create a psychologically safe environment for both candidates and hiring managers, giving them both a great experience, regardless of the outcome.
- Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers for candidates that are advancing.
- Facilitate and coordinate the remaining interviews with hiring managers, as requested.
- Serve as the liaison between the company and all candidates by handling questions and other details before and after interviews.
- Conduct offer calls and send out written job offers once approved by the People team.
- Conduct a hand-off for all onboarding to our People Operations Manager.
- Complete & document all reference checks.
- Improve company's attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices recruiting and content team can deploy.
- Coordinate with Marketing to obtain compelling ad copy for each position and social media posts.
- Maintain and accurately file information on applicants and newly hired employees.
- Execute ad-hoc requests as needed and communicated by People team.
Results:
- All applicants receive timely and enthusiastic communications regarding the status of their application.
- Candidates and hiring managers receive outstanding experience throughout the hiring process, regardless of the hiring outcome.
- A high quality of employees are hired that maintain our values and protect our culture.
- The average time to fill positions is 35 days from the job posting date (barring any extenuating circumstances)
- An average of 20+% of roles filled are through sourcing efforts.
- Achieve an average quarterly quality of hire score of 80+%.
- All new positions are posted within 24 hours once approved.
- All written job offers are sent out within 24 hours of verbal acceptance.
- Reference checks are conducted for all final candidates after the verbal job offer.
- All applications are properly screened and noted with status updates in the ATS.
- Provide recommendations about the hiring process so that we can continue to build a more efficient and effective recruiting machine.
- Hiring KPIs, like time to fill, cost to hire, and quality of hire, are monitored and discussed when appropriate.
- Daily and weekly updates on open positions are provided to the People team, as needed.
- Complete projects as requested to assist in the building of the world-class recruiting machine.
- Weekly Report is filled out and delivered to Director of Recruiting by Friday EOD each week.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a minimum of 2+ years as an internal recruiter.
- Experience working at a high-growth company, scaling hundreds of people a year.
- Experience hiring director-level and above talent.
- Utilize sourcing strategies to successful fill positions with top talent.
- Experience managing 10-20+ requisitions at any given time.
- Achieved an average time to fill is 40 days or less.
- Experience tracking KPIs such as time to fill; cost to fill, & quality of hire.
- Experience consulting hiring managers and guiding them through the interview process for each candidate.
- Ability to decipher both skill and culture fit on behalf of the company.
- Experience improving the hiring process by executing strategic projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

Salary:
- $80,000 - $110,000
