Executive Assistant
Partner with powerhouse CEO Leila Hormozi to drive impact at the highest level. This is not support—this is elite execution.
We’re hiring a world-class Executive Assistant to partner with a powerhouse Founder & CEO, Leila Hormozi. She’s a high-performing operator, investor, and advisor behind a 9-figure business known for scaling companies with speed, precision, and operational excellence. This role is about more than support, it’s about enabling greatness.
This is not your average Executive Assistant role. It's a mission-critical partnership. You’ll operate as an extension of Leila— managing the complexity across both business and personal realms while acting as a trusted right hand. You’ll operate at the intersection of anticipation, communication, and trust — ensuring she has the space to execute at an elite level.
If you’re a strategic executor who blends grace, grit, and get-it-done energy, and you’re excited to support someone who is obsessed with excellence and impact — we want to hear from you.
Role
You will become the operational backbone that enables Leila to perform at the highest level. From handling her calendar like a grandmaster to facilitating sensitive communications, preparing her for critical meetings, and solving problems before they surface — you will run point on the details so she can lead without friction.
You’ll be embedded in a high-trust, high-performance culture where standards are sky-high, feedback is direct, and speed is the norm. If you love solving problems before they surface and take pride in moving at the speed of excellence, you’ll thrive here.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage an evolving set of professional and personal calendars.
- Prioritize meetings, prep logistics, and ensure time is aligned with highest-leverage opportunities.
- Serve as Leila’s gatekeeper when it comes to how she leverages her time.
- Triage emails, manage communications, draft responses, and facilitate alignment with internal and external stakeholders — all with clarity and urgency.
- Prepare agendas, take high-fidelity notes, and ensure follow-through on next steps.
- Attend daily standups (including weekends when needed) and mission-critical meetings to support Leila’s execution and accountability.
- Own the logistics of business and personal travel: flights, accommodations, backup itineraries, confirmations, contingencies — all planned in advance, down to the detail.
- Support Leila in personal affairs including scheduling, home logistics, and life optimization.
- Lead or assist on special projects (both personal and professional), and orchestrate moments with precision and polish.
- See around corners. Remove obstacles. Solve problems before they escalate.
- Operate with full awareness of Leila's bandwidth, energy, and priorities.
- Manage communication with stakeholders externally and internally on behalf of Leila.
- Own follow up communication and action items on behalf of Leila as well as manage any projects related to her responsibilities.
- Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions on behalf of Leila, proactively solving problems and taking action without needing step-by-step direction.
- Step in wherever needed with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership — whether the task is personal or professional — demonstrating flexibility, problem-solving, and a willingness to take initiative when priorities shift or gaps appear.
Results
- Leila’s calendar consistently reflects her highest-leverage priorities.
- Nonessential time drains are eliminated, strategic blocks are protected, and energy allocation aligns with long-term goals.
- Messages are triaged, responses are crafted with her voice and standards, and only signal (never noise) reaches her attention.
- Agendas are ready in advance, materials are at-hand, and action items are captured and closed without reminders.
- Every trip — whether personal or business — is prepped with layered contingencies, clear itineraries, and zero detail missed.
- From scheduling appointments to home operations, personal responsibilities are managed with the same discipline as business.
- You function as a true extension of her — thinking ahead, taking initiative, and making decisions with her interests and standards in mind.
- You manage sensitive information and relationships with unshakable discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- You build systems to prevent chaos, follow through without nudging, and remove yourself as a bottleneck from every process you touch.
Requirements
- 7-10 YOE in an Executive or Personal Assistant role supporting founders, C-level execs, or high-net-worth individuals (bonus if in family office or high-velocity startups).
- Top-Tier Communication Skills — you write clearly, speak directly, and adapt your tone to the room.
- Impeccable Judgement & Discretion — you’re a vault, and you instinctively know what should (and shouldn't) be said.
- High Emotional Intelligence — you read the room, anticipate needs, and adjust seamlessly to changing dynamics.
- Hyper-Organized — your lists have sublists. You track every task and nothing slips. You run operations with elegance and urgency (bonus if you have experience in Asana).
- You Think in Outcomes, Not Tasks — if it enters your orbit, you own it. You never need to be followed up on.
- High Responsiveness — you thrive in real time, not in waiting rooms. You believe responsiveness is a signal of respect. You’re comfortable with an always-on mindset, including evenings and weekends.
- Clear Personal Boundaries — you’re comfortable integrating across personal and professional without losing clarity of role.
- Comfort with Intensity — you don’t get flustered by high standards, shifting priorities, or urgent requests — you rise to meet them.
