Executive Assistant
đš Role:
Weâre seeking an experienced, high-performance Executive Assistant to support the CEO and founder. This role is integral to protecting the CEOâs time, driving execution on critical initiatives, and ensuring operational clarity across both business and personal domains.
Youâll serve as a strategic partnerâmanaging communications, schedules, projects, and priorities with discretion, speed, and precision. The ideal candidate has experience working with founders or C-suite leaders in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and thrives when given ownership over outcomes.
This is not a traditional support role. It requires exceptional judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to lead through influence. This role is for someone who thrives in high-leverage environments, where every decision, calendar move, or communication shapes the executiveâs ability to focus on the business. You will be trusted to make judgment calls, own workflows, and act on behalf of the executive when needed. Your work will enable the CEO to operate at peak capacityâby ensuring the right things happen, at the right time, with minimal friction.
Our ideal candidate has supported top founders, executives, or operators in fast-growing, operationally complex organizations. But more importantly, they think critically, move decisively, and understand the magnitude of being trusted with a leaderâs most valuable asset: their time, energy, and brand.
If you excel under pressure, communicate clearly, and operate with total discretion, this role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a visionary operator at the forefront of entrepreneurship and business education.
Values alignment is non-negotiable. Due to the proximity, you will have access to the founders of the company. It is of the utmost importance that you deeply resonate with the values they have set forthâŚ
