As we scale toward $100M in revenue by 2025, the Cybersecurity Analyst will play a pivotal role in protecting our systems, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of security across the organization.

The Cybersecurity Analyst will lead efforts to monitor, identify, and mitigate cybersecurity threats, implement robust security policies, and maintain compliance with industry standards. They will collaborate across departments to strengthen our IT security posture and ensure seamless operations for our business, workshops, and customer-facing platforms.

This position reports directly to the Director of IT and works closely with internal stakeholders, IT support, and external partners to proactively address security risks while supporting the company’s rapid growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient network systems, including LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN, and Cisco Meraki environments.

• Monitor network performance using Cisco Meraki tools and troubleshoot connectivity issues to minimize downtime.

• Manage network hardware and software, including Cisco Meraki access points, routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Conduct regular system updates, backups, and performance tests to ensure reliability.

• Collaborate with the IT team to implement cybersecurity measures and maintain compliance with IT policies.

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

• Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides for internal reference.

• Troubleshoot and resolve real-time network issues during events to ensure a seamless experience.

• Effective utilization and optimization of Cisco Meraki, ensuring seamless network monitoring and management.

• Successful execution of workshops with seamless network support, enhancing attendee experiences and satisfaction.

• Comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, IT assets, and troubleshooting processes.

• Consistent compliance with cybersecurity protocols and IT policies, reducing risks to the organization.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of network systems, including LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN, and Cisco Meraki.

• Experience with Cisco Meraki hardware configuration and management (access points, routers, switches).

• Proficiency in network performance monitoring tools, particularly Cisco Meraki dashboards.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and other collaboration tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills for managing network assets and processes.

• Exceptional communication skills to support both technical and non-technical users.

Location:

• Las Vegas, NV (on-site)

Compensation:

• $85,000 -$105,000 per year
