IT Support Analyst

The IT Support will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our systems, impacting all business areas—from marketing and sales to customer management.

The IT Support Analyst will play a key role in maintaining and managing the company’s IT systems, tools, and infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. This includes providing comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network-related needs across the organization.
In addition to their primary IT responsibilities, the role requires expertise in audiovisual (AV) and media support to assist with workshop events. This includes setting up, managing, and troubleshooting AV systems, virtual platforms, and other technical components to ensure events are executed seamlessly.
The IT Support Analyst will report directly to the Director of IT, collaborating closely with internal teams to support both company operations and event success through reliable technical expertise and effective IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support company tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, etc.), ensuring company-wide collaboration and productivity.
- Provide hardware and software support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices across the organization.
- Support troubleshooting network issues, manage WiFi systems, and ensure secure and reliable connectivity for the company.
- Perform system updates, software installations, and device maintenance to keep IT infrastructure secure and up to date.
- Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of equipment.
- Develop and document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to streamline support and onboarding.
- Assist with user access control, device security, and compliance with company IT policies.
- Support with AV/media technical support during workshop events, including setup, testing, and live troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure all media and digital assets are prepared and optimized for events.
- Troubleshoot AV and IT issues in real time to minimize disruptions during workshops.

- Employees have access to effective IT support for tools, hardware, and software, improving productivity and minimizing downtime.
- Workshop events are executed successfully with professional AV/media support, enhancing the attendee experience.
- Company communication and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana) are optimized for efficient usage.
- IT assets and systems are organized, documented, and regularly maintained.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in managing Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack for company-wide collaboration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware (laptops, projectors, AV equipment), software, and network issues.
- Experience with audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting (e.g., microphones, sound systems, and projectors).
- Familiarity with Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to multitask between company-wide IT support and AV/media support during events.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills for IT asset management and procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to assist technical and non-technical users.

Compensation:
- $85,000 -$105,000 per year
