In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with high-performing entrepreneurs and business leaders, stepping into their world to provide custom-tailored solutions for their unique sales constraints. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Workshop Leadership: Lead sales-focused roundtables at our Level 1 workshops, fostering dynamic conversations that spark insight and drive action.
- Strategic Consulting: Dive deep into client businesses during Level 2 workshops to uncover root causes of sales challenges. Develop and present clear, impactful strategies that clients can immediately act on to achieve their goals.
- Content Creation: Craft evergreen resources and cutting-edge tools that address recurring client pain points and empower them to overcome sales hurdles with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with Acquisition.com’s internal teams and portfolio companies to refine sales strategies, build better systems, and achieve results that ripple across organizations.

Responsibilities:
Workshop Delivery:
- Facilitate sales-focused roundtables during Level 1 workshops, ensuring participants leave with clear and actionable insights.
- Conduct in-person, tailored sales strategy consultations at Level 2 workshops to address specific client challenges.
Client Strategy & Consultation:
- Preparation: Research and analyze client businesses to identify sales constraints and opportunities for growth.
- Strategy Development: Formulate customized recommendations and next steps to address client-specific sales challenges.
- Execution: Deliver your tailored recommendations during Spotlight sessions at Level 2 workshops, supported by clear, professional materials.
Content Development:
- Create evergreen sales strategy resources, including slide decks, presentations, templates, and examples, to support clients facing recurring challenges.
- Continuously refine workshop content to align with the latest trends and best practices in sales strategy.
Project Work:
- Train Acquisition.com sales teams to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
- Collaborate with Acquisition.com and ACQ Ventures portfolio companies to hone and develop their sales strategies, ensuring alignment with their unique goals and challenges.
Presentations:
- Deliver engaging, impactful presentations at Level 1 and Level 2 workshops that inspire and guide clients toward actionable solutions.
Results:
Key Deliverables:
- Consistent and impactful delivery of Level 1 and Level 2 workshops.
- Development of high-quality, reusable sales strategy materials that drive measurable client outcomes.
Performance Indicators:
- High Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and client renewal rates.
- Positive feedback from clients on consultations, materials, and workshops.
- Measurable improvements in client sales performance based on strategic guidance.
- Regular performance reviews, including manager evaluations of materials and workshop sessions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years being in sales leadership, sales consulting, or as a Director of Operations overseeing sales functions.
- Experience working in a Small Business (SMB) sales environment.
- Proven expertise in diverse sales methodologies, including inbound, outbound, enterprise, and event-driven sales.
- Demonstrated success in building, growing, and leading sales organizations.
- Hands-on experience hiring and training high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence.
- High-level analytical ability to diagnose business constraints and develop effective solutions.
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a sales consultant or closer.
- Strong familiarity with SMB sales processes and strategies.
- Knowledge of Alex Hormozi and Acquisition.com sales-focused methodologies.
